Do you offer free shipping for shipment within Malaysia?
Yes, we do offer free shipping for shipment within Malaysia! All orders with minimum purchase of RM100, automatically qualify for free shipping. For orders below RM100, a flat delivery fee of RM8 is charged per order. In the event of a return, we are sorry to share that shipping fee will not be refunded.
Which payment methods are accepted?
The payment methods available are:
- Credit/Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard
- Online Bank Transfer: Maybank, CIMB, Alliance, AmBank, RHB, FPX, Hong Leong, Affin.
- Other Option: Mobile Money, WebCash, Meps Cash
- Direct Bank Transfer: Payment must be made and the details of the payment need to be sent within 24 hours from the time when order has been submitted.
How long will delivery take?
For shipment within Malaysia, we aim to deliver within 3 business days. However due to reasons beyond our control, we are sometimes unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. This could be due to delayed delivery by third parties.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If the payment has been made to us, we'll proceed in preparing your order and send the items to you via courier service. If the payment has not been made (for Direct Bank Transfer), we'll wait for you to complete the payment and send the details to us within 24 hours. Once the payment has been made, we'll proceed in preparing your order and send the items to you.
My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?
If your order haven't arrived, you can send an email to our customer service personnel at email@example.com. We'll then assist you accordingly.
