FREE LOCAL Delivery for a minimum purchase value of RM100 within Malaysia.
We deliver via Poslaju and you can expect orders to arrive within *1-2 days *subject to next-day delivery areas covered by Poslaju
For purchase value below RM 100 Standard Poslaju charges still apply:
- Peninsular Malaysia / Sabah & Sarawak : RM 8 flat rate
All international orders are shipped using either Malaysian Registered Mail or PosLaju. Malaysian Registered Mail is a postal service that will take 2-3 weeks and will require signature upon delivery. Poslaju is Malaysia’s Express Mail Service and delivers within 3 – 5 business days. Signature will also be required. Tracking numbers will be provided for both services by email once shipped. All orders are charged a flat shipping rate as follows:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us based on the following terms:
- If the returns tag is still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition
- Returned items must reach us within 10 days from the date we deliver to you;
- Returns must be made via Poslaju or any other courier service only. We do no accept returns via “Snail Mail” or Pos Ekspres.
You will be refunded in the form of store credit of the value of items bought. An email notification will be sent to you once your store credit has been updated.
If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability.
You are encouraged to check with us should you have any doubts in choosing your sizes.

Return Shipping Cost
Both the return charges and the redelivery charges (of the 2nd item) shall be borne by the customer. However, if the return is due to defect item, all these charges will be borne by us.

- Accessories including jewellery, bags, scarves and hair accessories
- Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons
How To Return
You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased items to us. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage.
